    Prop is a main part in Formwork project, A complete set of steel prop consists of an inner tube, an outer tube, a prop nut, a Jack plate and a Base plate. it can be adjusted to any length inside its range. Shoring props are known by several names including: scaffolding prop, formwork prop, industrial prop, building prop, shore prop, acro prop, acro jack, acrow prop and post shores. They are height adjustable by a wide diameter screw thread, which is on the outside of the tube. The use of a screw thread means that the props are able to be tightened when already in place, which allows the user to adjust the load that each one bears.
The sizes are available from 1500mm to 5000mm with working bearing load limits from 20kN to 30kN.

1. Generally, the total net weight of loaded container is 23 tons to 27 tons, which need be confirmed before loading.
2. Different packages are used for different products: 
---bundles: timber beam, steel props, tie rod, etc.
---pallet: small parts will be put in bags and then on pallets.
---wooden cases: it is available on customer's request.
---bulk: some irregular goods will be loaded in bulk in container.

A: 1000 pcs(without stock) ,  500 pcs  if the goods are in stock.

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 15-20 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity. Except for public holidays.

Q: How can you guarantee the quality?
A: We have rigorous quality test system, from raw materials to finished products, the materials must be checked and signed by QC people.

Q: How long can I get a quote?
A: The quotation can be provided not longer than 24 hours on condition that we know all detailed requirements.

Q:Do you provide samples ? is it free or extra ?
A: Yes, we could offer the  sample for free charge but do not pay the cost of freight. Delivery cost is to be paid by clients.

Q: What is your terms of payment ?
A: Payment<=2000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=2000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,70% balance before shippment.
