Product Description

  Red copper coil is pure copper, also known as copper, copper is simple, because of its color for purplish red and named.  See copper for various properties.  Copper is industrial pure copper, its melting point is 1083ºC, no isomerism transformation, the relative density of 8.9, five times of magnesium.  The mass of the same volume is about 15% heavier than ordinary steel.  Because of its rose red, the surface of the formation of oxide film is purple, so it is generally called red copper.  It is copper containing a certain amount of oxygen, so it is also called oxygen-containing copper. 
  Red copper has good electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity, plasticity is very good, easy to hot pressing and cold pressure processing, a large number of used for manufacturing wire, cable, brush, electric spark special electrolytic copper and other requirements of good electrical conductivity products.    
  Copper coil is much more widely used than pure iron, used in the production of generators, busbars, cables, switching devices, transformers and other electrical equipment and heat exchanger, pipes, solar heating devices such as flat collector heat conduction equipment.  Also used for motor short circuit ring, electromagnetic heating sensor production, and high power electronic components, wiring block wiring terminals and so on.  Also applied to the furniture and decoration such as door, window, armrest.  

Red copper is a relatively pure copper, with good conductivity and plasticity, but poor strength and hardness. Copper has excellent thermal conductivity, ductility and corrosion resistance. Trace impurities in red copper have a serious impact on the electrical and thermal c.onductivity of copper

It has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processing properties, and can be welded and brazed. It contains less impurities that reduce electrical conductivity and thermal conductivity. A small amount of oxygen has little effect on electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and processing properties, but it is easy to cause "hydrogen disease". A: 5 tons.(without stock) ,  1000kg  if the goods are in stock
